Location. Whatsapp management, you don't know who is responsible for what here. Noisy guests until 2 am, and nothing happened even after a complaint. The towel change was simply forgotten even though "Roomservice" is written, the room was never serviced for 5 days (trash not taken out either).

The décor, the location, the breakfast. A broken shower head, wooden doors that are quite noisy.

Our stay was excellent! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations, especially the homemade traditional cakes and qassatat. The room was very clean, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of the village and close to all amenities. The yard was lovely and peaceful, although the pool was a little small. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return next time. Highly recommended!
