The bed, the friendliness, and the breakfast were positives, but the elevator didn’t work, there was only one sheet for three people, and no shampoo was provided.

The staff were excellent, the facilities were very clean, and the place is pleasant and quiet for a Melgar stay, yet the beds were a bit hard for my family’s taste and the pillows were uncomfortable, so I’d recommend it with that suggestion.
