“Good ac, but bad bed mattress”

The spot is good, but the bed springs were bad and the furniture looked worn out.

The staff quickly gave me extra towels when I asked, but I felt unsafe as a single woman with kids; the room was falling apart and the bottom sheet was still wet when I put it on.

The location was fine, but the room smelled like dog piss or an old man’s piss, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, we had to buy a vacuum, it was disgusting, and I will never stay at that extended stay again.

I had booked for a 12:00 AM–1:00 AM arrival, and the listing claimed 24‑hour front desk access. When I arrived, the lobby and desk were closed and no one answered my calls. A sign on the door listed the desk hours as 7:00 AM–11:00 PM, contradicting the 24‑hour claim. Because I couldn’t check in, I had to book another hotel that night at an extra cost of $94.86, which I’m attaching the receipt for. The next morning, when I returned to check in, the staff member in charge of my booking was dismissive and rude, insisting I never arrived and that no call was received. Only after he reviewed the security footage and confirmed my arrival did his tone change and he became cooperative. After I was in the room, I found cockroaches, which is a serious hygiene and health issue that should not exist in paid accommodation.

We found bugs in our room and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, still sporting dirty towels from the previous guests. The front desk offered to move us to the last available room, but moving all three kids and our luggage at 5am was too much, so we left immediately. Literally everything was a disappointment.
