We spent a lovely time at Oberrainerhof. The apartment had everything a ski holiday needs, and the wellness area exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the very friendly and helpful hosts. The only drawback was that the beds were a bit short for tall people and the shower was somewhat small.

The accommodation was nice and clean. Everything was fine until checkout, when we had to pay 60 EUR in cash for cleaning, even though the booking from Bookings had already included it. The lady didn’t speak English, making any negotiation nearly impossible. When we later contacted the owners to say we had already paid and asked for a refund, they stuck to their position. The good vibe of the holiday turned into disappointment… a big let‑down, so we won’t return and warn others.

This place is super quiet and the owners are really lovely. The wellness area is great too - we enjoyed using the sauna.
