Checking in and out was smooth, the staff were very helpful, and the location is very convenient. The TV wasn’t working when I first checked in, so I had to call the front desk to fix it; this happened during the World Cup 2026 weeks.

The location is good and the front desk staff was very helpful. However, there were several problems: 1. Dripping from the trees in the parking lot. 2. The TV did not work in the first room. 3. In the second room I found a used contact lens on the nightstand; there were lots of cracked tiles in the bathroom and the tub was stuck. In conclusion, there was a lot of wear and tear and it was not clean.

The kettle for hot water was handy, but the carpet felt a bit old and not very clean, and the TV broke down on the last night of our stay.
