The spa was great and the Moomin ice cave was a highlight. The room felt a bit cramped, especially the bathtub that really needs an upgrade. The playroom was under renovation, and there was no proper guidance to the temporary play area at all, but at least the staff eventually addressed it and we got there. The pool, where the water slide leads, was so cold that I couldn't swim in it.

Breakfast was adequate, the bonus leafs were fine, but the background music was annoying. The bistro food was okay, though a bit greasy. Service from the staff was excellent. The spa was under renovation. The room balcony and its door could use a makeover.
