If you’re okay with simple rooms, want a friendly family vibe, and will let Madhat’s wife cook for you, you’ll leave with unforgettable memories. Since we usually take taxis to get around, the distance to the city center isn’t an issue. The pool was exceptionally clean and a real refresher. Madhat’s son, who runs the 25‑room hotel, is a wonderful person. Don’t forget to sip a few cups of fresh mint tea. By then you won’t want to leave, and we didn’t eat anywhere else. Water and food can be bought at fair prices. Don’t be deterred by the area—enjoy, Shukran Madhat, and say hello to your family!

The communication was top‑class and began well ahead of time; the driver arrived right when we got off the plane. Dinner was already set up for us in the late evening, and there was always cold bottled water on hand. We took a few tours, driven by Abdul in a fresh, air‑conditioned car. Medhat, the host, welcomed us warmly and tried hard to meet every request we had. It’s a lovely family‑run place, and the pool is a nice extra.

Exceptional Hotel with the Warmth of Family – Unforgettable Hospitality! If I could give this hotel more than five stars, I absolutely would! My experience here was truly exceptional, and I cannot praise the owner and staff enough for their extraordinary kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with such warmth that you no longer feel like a guest in a hotel, but rather like a member of the family. The owner and the entire team are some of the kindest, most caring people I have ever encountered. Their hospitality comes straight from the heart, and they make you feel genuinely valued, cared for, and completely at home. The hotel is beautifully situated in the village, offering a wonderful opportunity to experience the local atmosphere and the charm of everyday life. The rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Everything is well looked after, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. The staff are extremely competent, professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the way they go above and beyond to make their guests happy. I have travelled to many places, but I have rarely experienced such extraordinary generosity and willingness to help. I wanted to buy a particular alabaster cat from an alabaster factory in Aswan. The owner and his team went out of their way to purchase it for me and personally arranged to have it delivered to my Nile cruise ship, which was anchored in Aswan — a journey of approximately three hours by road from Luxor! And that was not all. They also arranged to send another item I wanted directly to my hotel in Cairo. Just think about that level of dedication! They did not simply provide a service; they made a genuine effort to fulfil my wishes, without hesitation, and with a kindness that touched my heart deeply. Such thoughtfulness and ge. not aplicable
