“Started out great and then ended up being just okay I guess.”
Mary at customer service was fabulous when I checked in and went over and beyond for me! The bathroom is really so small.

It was very clean, I received an upgrade, and it’s centrally located; the staff helped me find where to eat and the suggestion was so appreciated. I left before breakfast was served and the check‑out was easy.
