The room was clean and the staff had been friendly before, but the place was infested with crickets—on the floor, in the bed, and even in the pillows—so I couldn't sleep because of the constant noise.

The accommodation was nice and the food was good, yet around 10.30pm I could hear a staff member loudly criticizing another staff member in the beer garden right outside the rooms, and the conversation went on for a long time.
