Everything! This has become my favorite hotel in Bangkok when I come for work even if the meeting venue is not close by; every time I come they have a new promotion or new small detail that makes your stay very pleasant. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is great with delicious food. Nothing is wrong, everything is simply perfect, just maybe sometimes the pool bar service is a bit slow.

The reception staff were fantastic and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. However, stepping up to the entrance is not accessible.

The room was spacious, the fittings were new and tidy, and the gym added to the comfort. Being close to the conference centre and surrounded by tasty local restaurants made it convenient, and the price felt very good for this range. On the first night, a mosquito in the room forced me to buy a vape from the convenience store and set it up; a front‑desk rental would have been helpful. The hair dryer’s switch was broken, making it hard to use, so a thorough check of the supplies would be appreciated.
