The place was comfortable and well‑situated.

The rooms were clean and came with a TV that had Netflix, which was great. However, the area feels like a red‑light district and looks unsafe; street smells are strong and the place is too noisy. Service could have been better—though I booked with dollars, they wouldn’t accept a 100‑peso bill and forced me to pay in soles at a rate of 3.85, even though the actual exchange rate was 3.4.

It’s worth staying just one night, but nothing more. The environment was loud, with noise and shouting from nearby rooms and the street all night, making it nearly impossible to rest; I’d only recommend a single night here, otherwise you’re wasting money. When we arrived, the Uber driver warned us that the neighborhood was dangerous.

The hot water was fine. The price was higher than usual—booking listed it at 13 €, but they asked for more cash on arrival. When I asked if I could pick up the room later, they said I had to pay immediately, so I paid by card and incurred an extra surcharge on the room cost. The room had used tissues under the bed and mirrors with fingerprints from previous guests. It was freezing cold; without the blanket I felt chilly.
