The location was great and the airport shuttle was super handy because we had an early flight; we also appreciated being able to leave our luggage and having breakfast included. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was perfect.

The front‑desk staff were not very friendly and very strict. A hotel with a 16:00 check‑in is something I’ve never seen before. The shuttle only runs in the morning, and the last one is at 9:40, which is inconvenient if you’re catching a late‑day flight.

The location was convenient for a quick overnight stay near Incheon Airport – I had planned to take the train (15 min to the airport) but chose the free airport shuttle instead, which was timely and fast. The noise from the floors above sounded like people stomping around – probably just walking, but earplugs didn’t help.
