Rooms feature contemporary décor, air‑conditioning, TV, fridge, tea/coffee facilities and private baths; apartments add fully equipped kitchens. The Spanish Steps are a 10‑minute stroll away, and the Coliseum lies 1.5 km distant.

The location is excellent—just a ten‑minute walk from Termini station—and the room comes with a fridge and stove. The host was friendly, recommended nearby supermarkets and eateries, and offered luggage storage. The shower was very unstable; you have to wait a while for warm water and it may turn cold mid‑bath, so it needs repair or replacement.

An absolute hidden gem in the heart of the city! The position is perfect for exploring all the main sights walking. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly nice and always available to help and suggest local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is great, but the room feels very old and the building looks a bit shady at first glance. The bathroom door handle falls off and you have to dispose of trash yourself. The air‑conditioner rattles more than it cools.

Ludovica fue super atenta con nosotros en todo momento, nos dio recomendaciones de lugares para ir a comer como un verdadero romano. Las instalaciones de la propiedad eran excelentes, el aire acondicionado funcionaba a la perfección lo cual fue muy importante para la época del año en la que fuimos. La ubicación nos gustó mucho, muy cerca de la fontana para visitarla a toda hora
