KSTDC Hotel Mayura TalaKaveri in Madikeri offers family rooms overlooking lush gardens and misty mountains, each with a shared bathroom, free toiletries, TV, and wardrobe. The on‑site restaurant serves Indian cuisine in a blend of traditional and contemporary décor, while 24‑hour front desk, free Wi‑Fi, private parking, garden, and electric kettles enhance comfort.

Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The accommodation’s location is simply awesome. The food is very good, and the staff are simply amazing—cordial and supportive—especially thanks to Manager Mr. Ashish. The rooms are quite old; a timely renovation should be considered now rather than later.

Everything was very good, and they even arranged dinner in late hours. Nothing to complain about.

The spot is great, but the walls are damp, the rooms have no view, the fittings and furniture look old, and there's no electric kettle – it feels very stuffy.

Every year I head to TalaKaveri and KSTDC at Bhagamandala, which sits right next to the Shri Bhagandeshwara temple just a 10‑minute walk away, with the Triveni Sangama opposite for a pre‑temple bath; the hotel is 8 km from the temple. The temple opens at 8 AM with a daily Pooja to the River Kaveri that starts here at 9 AM. KSTDC’s Hotel Mayura offers plenty of parking, an all‑vegetarian restaurant with tasty options, and information on nearby sights. Bhagamandala is easily reachable by KSRTC from Bengaluru and Mysore. I wish the rooms had fresheners, as they sometimes smell stuffy when opened, and the washbasin pipes need tightening because they came loose.

The location is solid, but a guide with a timing display for the temples nearby would help; also the check‑in and check‑out timings need clearer communication.
