The staff were excellent, including the young bus driver, and everyone was wonderful.

Parking was convenient, the hotel was clean, and Folley beach is close by.

The bed was nice and the location near the central area on King Street was good, with hot water available. However, the hotel itself was messy, with garbage left around and it wasn't cleaned up. The elevator was out of service while I was there, leaving only one working, which was inconvenient; inside the working elevator, the floor was dirty and sticky. A palmetto bug appeared in the bathroom, and I was charged twice because I switched cards from the one I reserved with. The breakfast was a ripoff and not high quality.
