The hotel is pretty overall, the breakfast is very tasty. The rooms should have a bit more privacy; everything from the neighboring room is heard, which is uncomfortable for rest.

It’s an old, beautiful mansion with rooms updated to a modern style, very well located, 1.1/2 blocks from Plaza P/pal., in EL RETIRO, and close to other lovely towns. Breakfast is very good, and the staff’s excellent willingness to attend to requests and solve guests’ needs is the best part. Inside the room, the light from the electronic door‑opening system needs fixing because it’s a bit annoying in the middle of the night; we had to cover it with a cloth.

When I arrived, the hotel had not kept my reservation; they said there was no availability. I couldn’t use the hotel because there were no rooms left, and I had to walk a long way to find another place because it was late.

The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. In the room, I could hear all the noises from other rooms and everyone passing by. The breakfast was messy, we waited over 30 minutes to be served, and the portions were tiny.

The staff’s service was excellent, and the entrance security used eye‑biometrics, while the rooms were accessed with a card.
