Clean and comfortable as you would expect. Excellent location, lovely views towards mountains and close to downtown and the train to Seattle. Beds comfortable and rooms quiet. We had a meal in the restaurant which was poor quality so would avoid. WiFi was poor and kept dropping out. We have been in Washington state for nearly 2 weeks and this was the worst hotel WiFi we have experienced

The location was excellent, with great spots to relax or work, and the on‑site restaurant offered live music. The card‑based switch for the general light didn’t work, and the TV failed to display any live network channels.

The room was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable; the space was generous, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was convenient for our event, and parking was fairly priced. We would have liked a free coffee service available all day, like most hotels we stay at.

The location was the only thing worth mentioning. I would not recommend it at all: we waited 45 minutes in line to check in with only one person at the counter during a rush; I got stuck in the elevator twice and the emergency call button didn’t work at all—my son found me. The thermostat in our room stayed at 75°F and they only offered a box fan. Considering the price of the rooms, a working elevator should have been a minimum; I’d have preferred a Motel 6.
