The place doesn’t exist. For three months tourists have been reporting fraud, yet the listing is still posted on Booking. I don’t understand why there’s no verification. Shameful! The building at the listed address is actually the embassy.

The staff were very kind and attentive, breakfast was excellent and everything ran smoothly. No complaints really—clean, good location.

We were tricked; when we arrived at the address there was no hotel at all, which caused huge problems for us. We got there in the evening with four kids and had no place to stay, so we had to spend a lot of time finding accommodation for one night. Most of the day was spent arranging a new place to stay. The family had to split up because we couldn't get two rooms at the same hotel, which was a terrible experience!
