The hotel is superb, the room is superb, the staff are very available, and the organization is perfect and friendly. Everything is top. One anecdote: we decided to take a midnight dip in one of the huge pools opposite the room. A staff member came over— we thought we’d get kicked out—just to ask if we wanted towels. :)

“Volveré sin duda”

My sister and I stayed in the Red Level area and the experience was simply wonderful. The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel right at home, and the many restaurants available let us enjoy superb meals. The buffet offered a wide selection of drinks, sweets and more, and the setting was lovely, especially the little tables by the lake which felt luxurious. The facilities impressed us, from the spectacular hydro‑massage bathtub to the comfy bed—everything! The four days flew by and we’ll definitely return; this has become our favourite hotel. I want to thank the whole team for their impeccable service, with a special shout‑out to Salvador, the team director who made sure we were comfortable and proved to be both a great professional and a wonderful person, as well as Cindy, Nacho Mendoza from the kitchen (always advising us with a smile), Fernanda, Pablo and everyone else. Excellent Red Level service. The room with a hot tub needs some renewal.

“Dissatisfied”

I liked the location and the food, but the drink menu kept changing during our stay; we were initially told we could order any drink, yet two days later that was no longer true, which felt deceptive. The gym, advertised as 24‑hour, was unexpectedly closed on the last day when I tried to work out at 5 am. I won’t return.
