The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the street noise was relentless even with the windows shut; earplugs were a must. The shower on the second floor was unusable, offering only low pressure at 21 °C.

It was very central right next to the metro, but the room was quite small.

The place was tidy and neat for the two nights, and getting in was hassle‑free thanks to the WhatsApp instructions. The location was great and I’d recommend it overall. The only drawback was the odd water temperature setting in the bathroom, which made it either too cold or too hot and I couldn’t adjust it. Also, the duvet was made of a very artificial material that made the bed uncomfortably hot, causing me to wake up at night.

Everything was fantastic—brand new, fully equipped, with great bathroom and kitchen, and super close to the metro and bus stop. It’s the best spot I’ve had on all my London trips, and I’ll definitely come back. The only issue was that I didn’t receive the address and instructions until 4 pm after I had already contacted Booking, and the water pressure was low, so the shower was cold.
