Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The location is great, just 3 minutes from the main street, and the rooms are clean and pleasant. However, the hotel only offers two parking spots for guests, both of which were already taken, so we had to spend an extra 10€ on paid parking. We also missed out on the spa because it closes at 17:00; knowing this beforehand would have led me to pick another hotel.

The staff were courteous, especially at reception, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is close to the city center, only 100‑150 meters from a pedestrian zone full of shops and restaurants. The balcony was very small and narrow, just a step or two high, so I wouldn’t recommend it for smokers. We booked during the entrance exam period and the restaurant was full all evening; we even tried to dine at the hotel but there were no seats for two.

The location, room size, and cleanliness were fine. There is no parking, and the staff attitude at the restaurant was unsatisfactory.

The service at the property was amazing, and the suite offered an incredible view. I will definitely return.
