I was initially impressed by the friendly front desk staff, but unfortunately, the quality of service didn't quite live up to their warm welcome. I took advantage of the hotel's 24-hour room service, placing an order at 10:30 pm, only to find out that they only had nasi goreng available, which was a bit disappointing given the extensive menu. To make matters worse, I woke up to a leaking refrigerator the next morning, which was a bit of a nuisance.
