The staff were very attentive.

The place is very pleasant, the hotel is great and the private parking is excellent! The staff are very friendly. The shower takes a bit of time to heat up and the water pressure isn’t great. There are no small towels, and the scent of the sheets and towels is not great.

Easy to find, but I booked and paid for a luxury room and ended up with a basic one; when I pointed it out, the receptionist acted as if she had to check availability, and the breakfast was awful; my colleagues' rooms had mold, so I stayed only one night instead of two.
The hotel was very pleasant and the staff were extremely friendly, but the shower grout needs to be redone; it would be great if a shuttle to tramway 2 for concerts were available both ways.
