The staff were very harsh, and it was the first time a hotel has tried to control who can or cannot come into my room; it feels more like a daycare than a hotel.

The place sits in an excellent location, the vibe is very pleasant, the facilities are built for relaxation, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. It is a bit pricey, but worth it. Some people might find the sound of planes from the nearby airport annoying, but that didn't bother us. Overall, everything was to our liking.

The food, the bedding, the pillow quality, the sense of peace and quiet, and the location relative to our travel goal were all outstanding. The beverage delivery was very slow, and the pool should be heated.

El hotel es hermoso, cautiva y tiene muy buena energía. La comida, deliciosa. La habitación no solo cómoda, espaciosa y muy agradable. Lo mejor: las almohadas y los tendidos de cama. Nuestra estancia alrededor del matrimonio de nuestro hijo fue acertada y satisfactoria, colmó nuestras expectativas. Se desluce un poco mi percepcion frente al hotel con el servicio del restaurante, muy deficiente y demorado; al desayuno, que estaba incluido, no habia suficiente personal para garantizar la entrega oportuna de bebidas frias y calientes. Si se pedía a la carta la cena o el almuerzo, la llegada de los platos se tardaba demasiado así no hubiesen mas huéspedes en el restaurante. Igualmente dejo saber que la piscina debería incluir un sistema de climatización, considerando que las condiciones climáticas de Llanogrande son frías
