We needed a place for my disabled husband, and we were given a large ADA‑compatible suite that we were very happy with. There really wasn’t anything we disliked; it met all of our needs.

The location, the upgrades, and the conveniences like the kitchenette and breakfast options were great. When I first stayed, I was excited because I thought I’d found a clean spot to stay. The beds are so uncomfortable and lack enough support. The last time I stayed, the bathroom floor was dirty and disgusting, there seemed to be snot on the door and mirror, and there were hairs on the washcloths.
