The spot sits between Patong and Karon, in a still area, but the cleanliness is below standard: on the first night the bed sheet had dried blood stains, and even though towels are changed daily, at least one remains dirty; insects are present; reaching the room requires a golf cart—no walking path—and the TV picture is unclear.

It’s budget friendly, and there’s nothing negative.

The hotel enjoys a good view and solid facilities, including a pool, restaurant, breakfast and even toothbrushes and toothpaste, plus a shuttle service we didn’t need because we rented a motorbike. Still, it sits close to the road with poor soundproofing, the single‑villa heat insulation is a bit off, the sheets get warm, the air‑conditioner takes several minutes to cool and is quite noisy.
