The butler service, beautiful accommodation, and friendly staff were excellent, yet the check‑in took a long time and felt chaotic.

Comfortable beds and futons, a generous breakfast, a good location, friendly staff, and a solid all‑in‑one package were all great, but there were no heated pools.
