Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff were friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the location was handy right near the airport—great value for money. Nothing significant bothered me, so overall the experience was pleasant.

The front‑desk team was very friendly, understanding, and helpful, and the parking was secure. In the first room I couldn’t turn off either the room light or the bathroom light; one was always on—ridiculous! The room was below the restaurant, where the staff turned it into a disco for their own purposes. In the second room the air‑con dripped onto my desk where I had my documents and laptop, a real nuisance when I returned from dinner in town. The staff seemed unaware of any of this; I must have been the first guest to complain. The light switches in the first room were certainly not newly wired incorrectly with my bedding. The air‑con in the second room had been dripping for some time, obvious from the housing. I also chased a few small cockroaches in the bathroom, which I consider a welcome change. Bottom line: the management was miserable and unacceptable. I left the hotel the next morning even though I had planned to stay five nights. Never again!

The staff were excellent, the reception girls were incredibly helpful, and everyone we met was a credit to the hotel—highly recommend the Afrokan.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with reliable Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. However, I found the restaurant food to be overpriced for the quality received. Fortunately, there are plenty of other dining options nearby that are more affordable and offer better value.
