What a fantastic hotel: free shuttle to and from São Paulo Internacional airport, spacious and clean rooms, tasty breakfast, and excellent service—shout‑out to server Carlos, a true star; if you’re traveling to or from Guarulhos airport this is the best pick, totally recommended!

What I liked most was how kind the reception staff were, though the buffet presentation could have been better.

The morning coffee was excellent, but when I tried to print the RPS the two parking lots didn’t show up, making it hard to explain and get reimbursed.
