Checking in and out was straightforward. Free roadside parking is available and it’s close to the apartment. The room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and you can walk to attractions and restaurants.

A tiny flat was lovingly renovated by the owner who lives in the same building, and the rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of Modica. The welcome was flawless and the directions for driving and parking were spot‑on. Everything was charming and had all the essentials, and honestly everything was perfect.

The place is gorgeous, impeccably clean, and the host is incredibly kind! The little terrace is truly a must‑see. We were in town in just five minutes on foot, and when we returned the area was completely peaceful. Definitely a place I’ll visit again.
