It was the best stay in Bacalar. I celebrated my birthday with empanadas by the pool! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel special. Juan was an incredible host. Thanks to Lluvia, Don Joel, Esteban and everyone else. I’ll be back! The only downside was having to leave.

We loved everything! The staff’s friendliness, the incredible beauty of the hotel, its location, the breakfasts… everything was amazing! We would have stayed longer, but our road trip took us on to the next part of our adventure. It was truly a fantastic stay, thank you so much! If you’re torn between this hotel and another, don’t hesitate—your choice is made! Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Rarely is a place more beautiful in person than in photos! This boutique hotel is stunning: every detail is meticulously cared for, the common areas and rooms are spotless, and the garden is a little paradise. The owner is very kind and gave us plenty of useful tips. Highly recommend the massage! The only suggestion: it would be helpful to have something to hang swimsuits and towels from the lagoon. It’s not the most aesthetic, but it would definitely be useful.

Breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the owner helped with all activities. It was a tasty base for exploring the area and doing fun things. All good restaurants and the lake are within walking distance.

L'emplacement était parfait, proche de la lagune. Le vrai plus : l'hôtel mettait à disposition des vélos. Dispose d’une piscine et d’un parking gratuit devant l'hôtel. De plus, on reçoit de précieux conseils de la part du personnel 👍
