We were cycling on the bike trail, and the location was spot on—right next to the train station and on the Austria‑Italy border along the Munich‑Verona bike route, which was perfect for us. The room was clean, nicely modern, and the pizza place across the street was great. Breakfast was also very tasty, and there were no complaints.
The staff were friendly, and the 24‑hour check‑in was hassle‑free. Breakfast was okay, but the price could have been a bit lower.
Very friendly staff and extremely modern hotel, really very great and clean. Very good breakfast and the location is top, you can reach everything from there. Nearby there is also a Eurospin which is very good.

The hotel is right next to Brenner Outlet Center. It was a disappointment that the bar was already closed; we assumed it was 24/7 and expected to have a drink at 8 pm.
