“Ok but not as described”
The caravan itself felt modern and the entry instructions were clear, which was a plus. However, the advert was way off - the pictures showed a different layout and a lake view that wasn't actually there. And don't even get me started on the "free wifi" that wasn't actually available at the caravan. To top it off, the place was littered with trash and we had to wash the glasses before using them. It felt like they'd falsely advertised the whole thing.
“Unfortunately wouldn't return as too costly in the end”
The caravan was nicely decorated and clean, and the hosts were pretty good about getting back to us. However, it was a bit of a letdown that we had to bring our own bedding, towels, and bathroom essentials - especially given the price. And the guest passes for the facilities were a total nightmare to sort out. In the end, it felt like we were priced out of actually enjoying the site.
