Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The room was nice and fairly clean, staff were very friendly, the hot tub was pleasant, and breakfast was very good; we did have a shower temperature problem, but the staff offered a discount and were accommodating.

The place was spotless and the bed was super comfy, giving me a perfect 10/10 rating.

The hotel was just okay for a single night—nothing remarkable. Breakfast was decent, but the room was tucked away with no view, which made it feel a bit bland. Overall it wasn’t bad, just forgettable, so I’d choose a different spot next time I’m in the area.

The front desk staff were always friendly and courteous. I appreciated how clean and well‑designed the room was, plus there were plenty of pillows and a nice shower with easy temperature control. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room, and the toilet kept running all night. The beds felt a bit soft; a firmer mattress might help.
