“Hospitalidade fantástica, quarto amplo e uma localização tranquila e charmosa”
The host was extraordinary, extremely friendly, attentive, and always available, which made our stay in Florence even more special. She explained everything carefully and gave excellent guidance. The room was spacious, clean, beautiful, very comfortable, and fully equipped. The location, just after the bridge, is perfect for those looking for peace outside the busy tourist area, allowing everything to be done on foot. It’s also near a square with many restaurants and very close to the palace/park. The only drawback was the stairs at the initial entrance, but there is an elevator from the first floor for those who need assistance. The host also personally welcomed us at the entrance and helped with our luggage to the reception.

La décoration, la localisation (côté calme de la ville mais très proche du centre), le confort, la propreté, l'amabilité du personnel. Le bâtiment est un peu vieux et les escaliers peuvent être difficiles pour certains (mais ça ajoute du charme)
The escape is amazing; it’s a short walk from the city center but offers quiet nights and a beautiful room in return.
“Muy buena ubicación y excelente servicio”
The building’s location is excellent, just about 10 minutes on foot from Ponte Veccio and in a lovely neighborhood with restaurants, trattorias, and osterias. Beatrice, her husband, and their daughter Franccesca were simply wonderful people who helped us with several difficulties in our itinerary, and we were able to chat warmly. We will definitely return to Florence. I am deeply grateful.

The location is fantastic and the staff communication is great. As others have mentioned, the stairs are steep and not recommended for anyone who struggles with carrying bags up and down. Like most hotels, you can hear other guests entering and exiting the neighboring room, but otherwise it’s a quiet and comfortable stay in a prime spot.
