They gave me the worst room, not comfortable at all, no air conditioning, and they said it was the only one available— I paid for a hotel that should be more comfortable! There was no air, I didn't like the bathroom, and the staff was poorly attended.

The location and service were good, but the facilities were very old and neglected, there were no coffee cups, and overall it wasn't great.

I found the place clean and tidy, and the metro bus stop is close enough to be convenient, all in a nice neighborhood.
