The place sits in a great spot and the room is huge, but the price keeps it far from luxurious. The AC is solid, yet the shower is just one open area so water splashes everywhere, and we even spotted a cockroach in the bathroom during our stay.

The 24/7 reception keeps the gates locked after hours for privacy, yet someone is always at the desk to let you in or out. The room was roomy with a smart TV, big wardrobe, balcony, mini fridge, top‑tier air conditioning, and a large bedside fan. The location in Hanoi is excellent and the staff are great.

I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this place is. The room is spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The air conditioning and fan work exceptionally well, and the room is well insulated from street noise, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. The location is excellent, with easy access to all the major attractions in Ha Noi, including the night market, the lake, and other popular destinations. After a long day of sightseeing, shopping, and exploring, it was the perfect place to return to, recharge, and prepare for another busy day. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and polite, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the adorable dog on the property. It is incredibly friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a basic, cost-effective, peaceful, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay. It provides the perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility, making it an ideal home base for exploring the area

Propre, très bien situé, clim, grand lit, bon rapport qualité prix, calme. Peut être manque de volets. Il ne faut pas être trop sensible à la lumière du jour. Et ce n'est pas évident de rentrer avant 23h
