The location is very accessible to everything. The bus stops are really close by and also the popular market. Shared toilet/shower. It is generally clean but 8 don't think it is suited for commercial use

Honestly, there is nothing positive I can say about this property. The experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. Important: Please make sure you are reviewing the correct property. There are two similarly Star Hostel and Start Hostel Suite named properties located very close to each other on the same road, even with same logos. Please do not mix up their reviews, photos, or experiences, as my review refers ONLY to the exact Start Hostel property I booked by mistake between two places. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. After travelling for approximately 20 hours, we arrived expecting to rest, but the room had an extremely strong and unpleasant smell of mold and etc also full of cockroaches and they prepared with cockroach spray. 🤦‍♀️The room, pillows, bedding, walls, air-conditioning area and other parts of the property appeared extremely dirty, with visible signs of mold and poor maintenance. The pillows and bedding were in an unacceptable condition. It appeared that covers had simply been placed over old and heavily stained pillows/bedding rather than properly replacing or thoroughly cleaning them. There was also a very unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area, and the overall cleanliness and hygiene were far below any reasonable standard. We immediately contacted the owner several times and tried to get help, but we received no meaningful response. Because the conditions were so unacceptable, we could not stay there and had to book another accommodation at our own expense. Despite this, we did not receive a refund. I genuinely cannot understand how this property is being offered to travellers through http:// in this condition. Even for someone travelling on a very limited budget, I would strongly advise them to think twice before booking this property

The location is great, the beds are comfy, and the price is cheap. However, the main doors and shared rooms stay unlocked all the time, so if there aren’t lockers your luggage is exposed, and I even found a cockroach in one bathroom.

“dirty. Very dirty. Poor cleaning. There were animals. Got bitten a lot.with vermin😭”

No positives. The place was extremely filthy and disgusting, infested with vermin.
