The owners’ hospitality is extraordinary. You feel at home immediately. It’s rare to experience such care. Our accommodation was generous with plenty of space, a terrace and an outdoor shower. Inside there was also a bathtub. Water was ‘for free’ during our stay. We discussed breakfast the previous day. The resort sits beside a stream on the edge of a small town about 25 km from Nakhon Si Thammarat. For 30 Bath you can get there easily by Songtheaw. In the town there are local restaurants with great local cuisine, and several markets and small supermarkets on the main street several times a week. It is a bit hard to find.

Very nicely located on the river, where you can also splash even when the water level is low. The kitchen was only open until 17 h and did not serve Thai food.

It’s a beautiful place surrounded by nature with a nice stream at the front that you can swim in. The rooms match the pictures, and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. You also get a big breakfast in the morning. It’s close to at least two of the big waterfalls in that area.

In the middle of the forest. Super nice and well‑furnished with natural elements. Would come back anytime.

“Unique place worth a visit”

A tranquil space on the river that could be described as rustic but very well thought out, very clean and totally unique. The detached bungalows are modern with great beds and electric showers. This property is off the beaten track but within walking distance to the town, and the people are so friendly they will go out of their way to help you. There is a daily food market, but on Sundays and Wednesdays a full market starts at 6.30 am! If you want a genuine Thai experience this is the area to visit, but the best bits are the hosts Worit and Ong. Their Thai breakfasts are delicious, large and memorable. Nothing of any note.
