The place is just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre, the host was super friendly and the homemade breakfast was a nice touch, but the walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything next door.

At this price point the hotel feels well‑balanced—nothing really stands out as a flaw and the staff are genuinely nice, though the included breakfast was a bit too simple for my taste.

The location is handy—close to the town centre (near the Kecharis monastery) and not far from Makravank. Ovanes and Svetlana are wonderful hosts, and it was great to meet them again.
