I landed in a room that felt super cozy, the bed was a highlight, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The entertainment system was modern and let me stream several apps beyond the usual one. Still, for a Westin and the price, I felt it fell short—high‑pile carpet made rolling my suitcase into the room a chore, an odd choice for an airport hotel. The room‑service menu was only a small slice of the downstairs restaurant, limited to healthy bowls and salads; no steak or pasta options. And why did housekeeping knock at 9:30 am when checkout is at noon? It seemed like a lack of internal coordination.

Large comfortable room. The long line at check-in. Unless a guest has a Bonvoy account it is necessary to pay for WIFI

“Méfiance lors de la réservation de chambres”

Lit confortable et salle de bain agréable. Il n’y avait plus la chambre que nous avions réservée (deux lit queen) malgré que nous ayons payé un supplément lors de la réservation. Personnel pas du tout aidant et qui n’a trouvé aucune solution, voire était désagréable. Nous avons dû partager un lit avec la personne avec qui j’étais, ce qui n’était pas prévu. Et la chambre n’était pas du tout préparée, pas complètement propre, pas de sacs poubelles, pas assez de serviettes…
