Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Everything was absolutely wonderful! The place was exceptionally clean, the location was perfect, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Giacomo for his exceptional hospitality and his wonderful recommendations on where to go and what to eat. We truly appreciate his kindness and helpfulness

The spot is great, rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, but the décor didn’t match the photos and the rooms aren’t soundproofed as advertised.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us a bottle of water on arrival. The room itself was great, with a great shower and bathroom, and there was a kettle too. No breakfast was provided, but the property is well positioned. The street noise was constant, no breakfast, no cups, and I didn’t get much sleep.

La posizione centrale, il contatto con la proprietaria molto cordiale e gentile, la camera pulitissima, ampia e con il soffitto alto, tutto praticamene

It’s a good location, but the most awful and rude staff made this stay the worst I’ve had. They hurled insults at us, made us feel unsafe, and when we pointed out that the listing advertised three beds but there was only one, they yelled insults and refused to help. They have been completely uncooperative in arranging a refund.
