“Consigliato”
We found this place very good, central location, friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean room with a nice garden. Highly recommended, no particular complaints.
“Convenient Walkable Location, but Directions Need Work”
The hotel is within walking distance of Lijiang Ancient Town and Zhongyi Market, making it easy to grab a bite. The front desk doesn’t speak English, but they’re quick on WeChat and even set up a taxi to the airport for me. They sent a daily WeChat asking if I needed housekeeping; I just asked for bottled water and they delivered it and swapped towels.
“Nice Room & Great Location, but No Storage”
I loved the spacious room and the shower was a highlight. The lobby had free coffee and popcorn, and a bunch of local eateries were just outside. The hotel is only a five‑minute walk from the market end of the old town and a 20‑minute stroll to the square where the Naxi ladies dance at night. The only downside was the lack of storage – just a few hangers to put clothes on.
