Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The room was spacious and modern. Getting there was easy and there were plenty of free parking spots. The facilities were good, and the breakfast was tidy and included. The check‑in staff were unfriendly and arrogant, and there was traffic noise at night.

The place was well situated, close to major highways and downtown. The welcome was basically non‑existent; a simple “hi, how are you today?” would have sufficed. We were asked to “check in,” and the staff looked at me and said, “Who are you?” That was definitely disrespectful toward a woman. I’ve stayed at a Hilton in Rome and received more respect there. We’ve traveled all over Europe for years and never had a more depressing welcome than this. Just because we’re older doesn’t mean we should be disrespected. We also asked for a veteran’s discount and he said he couldn’t give it to us. Thank you for your service? Not. We’ll think twice before staying here again. This was our second time at this particular inn.

The hotel was beautiful and new, the breakfast was nice, and it was clean and quiet. It was a bit far from town, so there was nothing charming to walk to. There was no smart TV.

The hotel stayed quiet at night. The air conditioner was loud but effective enough that we could turn it off when we went to bed. The front desk staff were helpful with restaurant recommendations. The included breakfast was only warm at best, there was no plain unflavored or unsweetened yogurt, the coffee was not great, and the jam was a joke. The bed was too high. It was pricey.

There was nothing to complain about. The only issue was that there was one chair in the room for two people, and the pool water was very cold.
