The last cleaning seemed to have happened at the end of World War II—no toilet paper, even after two written reminders; the bedroom light didn’t work; the bathroom was covered in about 1 cm of water when we arrived; the sink drain was clogged; there was no desk as described; the hand and bath towels felt more like plush blankets than terry or linen; everything was overstuffed with plush cushions and similar stuff; the kitchen was unusable because of a pest infestation; the balcony was used as a trash dump—etc., etc., etc. Most of this was documented with photos, but the photos couldn’t be uploaded—!!!.

The staff were flexible, and there was nothing else to note.

The location, accommodating admins, and staff were all excellent, and there was nothing negative.

The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They were friendly and attentive, making a big difference in my overall experience.

The lobby was a nice touch, but unfortunately, the rest of the hotel fell short. The staff member who helped us mentioned that a previous guest's behavior was to blame for the unpleasant odor and dirty conditions, which was a bit concerning. On top of that, the cleaning rags didn't seem to be changed often, which was a bit off-putting. Still, the lobby's pleasant smell was a nice start to our stay.
