Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, which is why I gave it this rating, but the room went four days without a mirror because it was broken, and I saw cockroaches in the bathroom three times.

Breakfast was good with vegetarian options, the pool offered a great view, and the staff were supportive for booking and local help. 7/11 was close to the hotel and the Indian restaurant Havelli was nearby. Connectivity from the main beach was not great; a shuttle service would be nice. Please report any damages or broken items immediately to the front desk or manager, otherwise you may have to pay a fine.

It was very clean, the staff were welcoming, and the price was very good.

The room size was sufficient for a family of 4. The hotel is very dated and dirty it needs a big refresh, the breakfast restaurant is dirty along with all of the cutlery & cups. The shower pressure is literally a drizzle and the temperature is cold. I would say this hotel is more at the level of a 2 star hostel and I would never return

The hotel's location and pool were the only positives, but unfortunately, that's where it ended. We had cockroaches in the room, and they just kept coming, even with closed windows. The bathroom was infested with ants, and we couldn't even leave a soda on the table without ants crawling in. Getting towels was a hassle, and we were only given two, despite being a family of four. The staff seemed to struggle with English, and the guy at the front desk was drunk one night.
