The room was super comfy, the dining area was well organized even with a lot of people, the food was tasty and high quality, and you could enter the park early. They do charge for luggage storage on the last day, though.

The location inside the park, the facilities, and the food were all perfect.

The western area is very well positioned inside the park, any hotel there is a win. It's infinitely better than Paso or Portaventura. The Callaghan feels more like a standard room in the Riber than a hotel; it's basic, no flair, and the same as any other western hotel room. The Colorado rooms are infinitely better—pay more and you get the same standard. Inside, there's nothing: no reception, nothing. They're just loose rooms in a building once called the Callaghan Hotel, now essentially a room in an abandoned hotel. If a key malfunctions, you have to go to the main building for help. The room itself is rough: cracks, defects, noisy beds, a bathroom mirror without a magnifier and poor lighting, no details (we only got water bottles on arrival), no kettle, a window that doesn't open enough to ventilate or access the terrace, and a door that needs an excessive slam to close. The hotel is surrounded by a dry river, with closed facilities.
