I'm still trying to process the disaster that was our stay at this place. We arrived at 3 pm, expecting to check in, but there was no one on site. We stood in the rain for 30 minutes, waiting for someone to show up. When they finally did, only one of our rooms was ready, and it took another two hours to get the second one ready. The rooms themselves were a joke - one was a mess, with stains on the sheets and someone else's belongings scattered everywhere.

What a disaster! I booked this place and received confirmation from both the hotel and the booking platform, but when I arrived, the doors were locked and no one was there. A woman from the shop across the street told me to wait for 30 minutes to an hour, but no one showed up. I tried calling the hotel multiple times, but no one answered. Eventually, I managed to reach someone who said the hotel was fully booked, but I'm not buying it.

The 50th-floor room was a real treat, with brand-new furniture and spotless decor. The tiny kitchen was a bit of a squeeze, but it was fine considering we were right in the heart of the city. The staff were super friendly and always available to help. My only gripe was that the noise from the nearby bridge and traffic outside made it hard to sleep, but that's to be expected in a central location.
