A security guard followed me and asked for my room number, making me feel like an outsider even though I’d spent ₱52,000 on a two‑night solo stay. The bathtub leaked and flooded the whole bathroom floor, and the dim lighting made it a safety risk. I caught the water before slipping, but it was still a problem. When I ordered room service, the staff didn’t tell me rice was already part of the meal, so I ordered extra by mistake. At lunch, another staff member asked for my room number claiming a discount, yet no discount appeared on the bill, which was confusing. The poor communication, lack of detail, the security treatment, and the maintenance issue all fell far below what I’d expect from a hotel of this caliber.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but there was no curtain—only blinds—on the window, and the TV isn’t smart.

The location is great and the view is gorgeous, but the walls are thin so you can hear other guests easily, the beds are firm (some people like that!), a staff member was leaf‑blowing at 6 am right next to the room which was annoying, and the TV isn’t smart, so you’re stuck with Filipino telly.

The room was clean and looked new, and the location is scenic, but the restaurant’s food needs more options and better taste.
