The room was filthy, the air‑conditioning didn’t work so it was cold, there were only four coffee capsules with no sugar and the cups were dirty, the mattress was foam with oversized sheets, a twin bed was sold but it was a one‑and‑a‑half‑bed size, hot water lasted barely a moment, there was no shower gel or varied soaps, the bathroom brush’s handle was missing, the fridge and microwave smelled, there was one towel per person but no shower mat, the third floor had no elevator, the duvet was dusty, the leopard print pattern seemed like it hadn’t been washed, it was originally white but now it’s dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty and cold especially. I will report this B&B because no one deserves to be scammed like this; it’s a henhouse, not a room.
